Yoga & Nature immersion
RELAXATION, WELLNESS, AND CONNECTION WITH NATURE
Book a weekly stay between July 13 and August 4, 2024, at Residence Ciasa Vally and enjoy a wellness-focused vacation with the Yoga & Nature Immersion wellness package.
Activities will take place from Tuesday to Friday starting July 17, 2024, with an initial evening yoga session outdoors, under the stars, around the campfire.
The package includes: 2 wellness experiences per person
- 1 Hatha Yoga class (90 minutes) outdoors or indoors depending on the weather
- A complete forest bathing session in the woods of Alta Badia
You will be accompanied by Alexis, the wellbeing coach of Ciasa Vally, and founder of Alta Badia Balance.
Alexis is a Hatha Yoga and 5 Tibetan Rites® teacher, a Forest Bathing facilitator, a CSEN Survival instructor, an Innerfitness® trainer, and a NLP Practitioner.
Starting from €75 per person*
*The amount is per person and includes 2 activities (1 yoga class + 1 forest bathing).
The experiences are offered in specific time slots from Tuesday to Friday, from July 17, 2024, to August 2, 2024.
Activities will take place with a minimum of 3 participants and a maximum of 8 participants indoors / 15 participants outdoors.
Additional Options:
Upon request, it is possible to:
- Convert the activities into individual sessions for 1-2 people (option subject to additional charge)
- Book the activity for your own group (min. 5 people).
Note:
- The package price is added to the total cost of the stay at the Ciasa Vally apartments.
- To book the package, a deposit equal to 50% of the package or offer cost is required, which will be added to the deposit to book the apartment.
- In case of cancellation of the activities by the organizer, the deposit will be fully refunded or deducted from the final total amount.
