\n\u2022 Upon completion of the accommodation contract, the S\u00fcdtirol Alto Adige Guest
\nPass (consequently Guest Pass) will be issued to the guest, which according to the
\ndecision of the South Tyrolean regional government No. 732\/2022, is valid for the
\nentire duration of their stay as well as from 0:00 on the day of arrival unto 24:00
\non the day of departure.
\n\u2022 The Guest Pass includes the use of all public transport within the \u201cs\u00fcdtirolmobil\u201d
\nnetwork area as well as additional services, which vary depending on the tourism

\n\u2022 The sole entity carrying the Guest Pass in South Tyrol is the Mobilit\u00e4tskonsortium,
\nappointed as the unified coordination point in accordance with the above
\ndecision of the South Tyrolean regional government by the Provincial Association
\nof Tourism Organizations of South Tyrol on November 16, 2022.The details of the
\nadditional services associated with the Guest Pass and the conditions of use of
\nthe Guest Pass are communicated by the third party responsible for issuing and

\n<\/strong>\u25aa Purpose
\nThe personal data provided will be transmitted to the single coordinating body of
\nthe Guest Pass in order to enable the creation and use of the Guest Pass and to
\nprovide the associated services.
\n\u25aa Recipient
\nIn connection with the issue of the Guest Pass, your data will be transmitted to the
\nMobilit\u00e4tskonsortium, VAT Nr. 02735170215, which acts as the cardholder and
\nunified coordinating body and assumes the role of autonomous data controller in
\nprocessing the transferred data. For further information regarding the processing
\nto which the data will be subjected, you can send an email to privacy@moko.bz.it.
\n\u25aa Legal basis
\nThe legal basis for processing is Art. 6 (1) (b) of the GDPR. <\/p>\n
\nThe revenue generated from this tax will be used for the construction and maintenance of infrastructure and services, as well as for the organization of sports and cultural events.
\nThe tourist tax amounts to \u20ac3.00 (3-star Residence) per person per night stay and is collected by the accommodation facilities.
\nThe tourist tax is paid in cash upon departure and is itemized on the accommodation bill as a separate entry.
\nChildren and adolescents under 14 years are exempt from the tax.<\/p>\n
