- Free Access to the Wellness Area*: Available from Sunday to Friday during the winter months and upon request during the summer season (*exclusive to adults).
- During the winter season, the free ski bus departs right in front of our house and takes you straight to the Piz Sorega cable-cab

Terms and conditions
- The apartments are available from 4:00 PM on the day of arrival until 9:00 AM on the day of departure.
- Please note that in case of late arrivals or early departures, there will be no price reductions.
- Kindly inform us of your estimated arrival time, especially if it is expected after 7:00 PM.
- Daily cleaning is included in the daily price and is performed from Monday to Saturday.
- Smoking is prohibited throughout the building as established by Italian anti-smoking regulations.
- The reservation becomes mutually binding once the receipt of the confirming deposit is communicated in written form.
- As a form of payment we accept cash, bank transfers, debit cards and credit cards.
- As a sign of respect, we kindly ask guests to observe the nighttime quiet rule in the house after 10:00 PM.
- For hygiene and health reasons, we regretfully cannot accommodate pets.
- We are committed to proper waste management and separation and appreciate our kind guests' contribution to achieving this important goal.
- In case of cancellation more than 30 days before the arrival date, the confirmatory deposit will be retained. From 30 to 10 days before arrival half of the total amount will be charged. If cancellation occurs less than 10 days before the arrival date, the total amount of the stay will be charged.
- The tourist tax amounts to €3.00 per person per day (for those aged 14 and over).
- Access to the wellness area is reserved for adults only.
- During the winter and summer seasons, the access to the wellness area - at the designated times - is included in the price. In summer, it is possible to use the wellness area upon request.
TOURIST TAX
Starting from January 1st, 2014, a tourist tax has been introduced in South Tyrol/Alto Adige.
The revenue generated from this tax will be used for the construction and maintenance of infrastructure and services, as well as for the organization of sports and cultural events.
The tourist tax amounts to €3.00 (3-star Residence) per person per night stay and is collected by the accommodation facilities.
The tourist tax is paid in cash upon departure and is itemized on the accommodation bill as a separate entry.
Children and adolescents under 14 years are exempt from the tax.
Travel insurance
To prevent any potential charges for justified cancellations (Civil Code 1385, 1386), we recommend considering travel cancellation insurance.
